The terms of using Actualcast.
Actualcast is in early access and still being built. These terms reflect that. They are a starting point, not a substitute for a signed agreement, and they will be firmed up before billing opens.

Early access
Parts of the product are not built yet, and what exists may change or briefly break. Nothing is chargeable today. When billing opens you will be told before anything is billed, and continuing to use the product after that is what accepts the paid terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to record the meetings you connect, and for telling participants they are being recorded where the law requires it. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what the people in your organisation do with the account.
What we write to your CRM
Actualcast writes to your CRM only the facts a person on your side has confirmed. You control what is approved. We are not responsible for a fact you approved being wrong, but every write carries the evidence it came from so you can check it.
Availability
We aim to keep the product running but do not promise a specific uptime during early access. If something goes wrong we will fix it and tell you what happened.
Ending it
You can stop using Actualcast at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. We can end access if the product is misused, and we will tell you why.
