    Per-seat plan, a trial, and metered hours

    One plan at $29 per rep per month, $24 billed annually, with a fourteen-day trial that needs no card and twelve recorded hours per rep included. Recorded time is metered and any overage is shown before it bills. Recording stops when a trial lapses or a subscription is canceled, enforced on the server. Payments run against a sandbox until Paddle is connected.

    Deal hygiene flags and the inspection dashboard

    Open deals now carry the problems a pipeline review would catch: no next step, no activity in fourteen days, a close date in the past, single threaded, and no amount. Filter by owner, stage, or flag, and open a deal to see the timeline of confirmed facts with their evidence.

    The review queue and confirmed writeback

    A keyboard-first inbox of proposed facts, grouped by meeting, with the quote behind each one. Approve and it is written to HubSpot as a note, a task, or a property update; reject and nothing is. Approving twice writes exactly once, and every write is recorded in a per-deal audit trail with who confirmed it and when.

    Transcripts now become proposed deal facts. Every fact carries the exact line and timestamp it came from, and a claim that cannot be located in the transcript is dropped rather than guessed. A golden set of twenty calls keeps the accuracy and the cost honest.

    Calendar, bots, and transcripts

    Connect a calendar and Actualcast schedules a bot for external meetings by default, with a per-meeting toggle. Recordings come back as transcripts stored with speaker turns and millisecond timestamps.

    HubSpot connect and deal sync

    Connect a HubSpot portal with the narrowest scopes that do the job. Deals sync into a local cache that survives token expiry and does not duplicate on reconnect.

    Sign-in, organisations, and invites

    Google sign-in, organisations with admin and member roles, and email invites. A user in one organisation cannot see another's data, proven by tests.
