What is included

Every rep gets the whole product

There is no lite version. The price covers recording, extraction with evidence, the review queue, the HubSpot writes, and the deal inspection dashboard. Here is what that means in practice.

Recording on every external call

A bot joins your external meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams and records them. Recording is on by default, with a per-meeting off switch for calls that should stay private.

Transcripts with speaker turns

Each call is transcribed with who said what and a timestamp on every turn, so any fact can be traced back to the moment it was said.

Deal facts with their evidence

Close date, amount, and next step are pulled from the call, each shown next to the exact quote and timestamp it came from. A fact that cannot be found in the transcript is dropped, never invented.

The keyboard review queue

Clear a call's updates in about a minute: j and k to move, e to edit, Enter to approve, x to reject, u to undo.

Writes into HubSpot

Confirmed facts land as a HubSpot note with the quote, a task for the next step, and updated close date and amount. Approving the same fact twice writes once. Rejecting writes nothing.

Deal inspection dashboard

See the deals with hygiene problems: no next step, no activity in 14 days, close date in the past, single threaded, or no amount. Filter by owner, stage, and flag.

What you pay for

A CRM you can trust in the pipeline review

The price is not for recording calls. Plenty of tools do that. You are paying for a pipeline that matches what buyers actually said, so the Monday review runs on facts instead of guesses.

A forecast built on the call, not on memory

Close date and amount come from the transcript, with the quote attached. When a number moves, you can see the sentence that moved it.

Notes that are current, not days stale

Reps clear a call's updates in about a minute, so the CRM reflects the conversation the same day instead of whenever someone finds time to type.

Deals you can inspect at a glance

The hygiene flags surface the deals that need attention before the review, so you are not scrolling records to find the ones that are stalling.

A record you can defend

Every write has a human behind it and a quote behind that. When a deal is questioned, the evidence is one click away.

Recorded hours

How recorded hours and overage work

The plan includes 12 recorded hours per rep per month. If a heavy month pushes a rep past the included hours, recording keeps working and the extra is billed simply and in the open.

12 hours included per rep, each month

Only recorded time counts. A meeting where the bot is switched off does not draw down the hours.

Overage is 1 dollar per recorded hour

Past 12 hours, each additional hour of recording is 1 dollar. There is no premium rate and no bundle to buy up front.

You see it before it bills

Overage is shown to you before it is charged, so a busy month is never an unexpected line on the invoice.

The allowance is per month

The 12-hour allowance is counted per billing cycle and starts fresh at the beginning of each one.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered

The short answers to what teams ask before they buy.

How does billing work?

You are billed per rep. Monthly plans bill each month, annual plans bill once for the year. Billing runs through Paddle as the merchant of record, so you get a proper invoice with tax handled for your region. Payments are in sandbox today, so nothing is charged yet. When live billing opens, these are the prices and terms.

What happens if a rep goes over 12 hours?

Recording keeps working. Hours past the included 12 are billed at 1 dollar per recorded hour, and the amount is shown to you before it is charged.

Is the trial really free?

Yes. The 14-day trial takes no card and does not bill. You can run the full loop, record, review, and write to HubSpot, on your own calls before you decide.

How do seats work?

A seat is a rep whose calls are recorded. You can add or remove reps as the team changes, and the next invoice reflects the current count. Managers and RevOps who only review can be invited without taking a paid seat.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current month. Annual plans run to the end of the term you have paid for. There is no cancellation fee, and you can ask us to delete your organization's recordings and transcripts when you leave.

Monthly or annual, which should I pick?

Annual is 24 dollars per rep per month against 29 monthly, a saving of 60 dollars per rep over the year. Pick monthly if your team size moves a lot month to month, and annual if it is steady and you want the lower rate.

Honest status

Billing runs against a sandbox until payments open

We would rather tell you this up front. The whole product works today: record a call, extract facts with evidence, review them, write the confirmed ones to HubSpot, and inspect your deals. Billing is the one piece still in test mode. Paddle is wired in but running against a sandbox, so no live charge is taken yet. Public sign-in is open as early access, and when payments go live, the prices on this page are the prices you will pay.

What works today

The full loop is live. Recording, extraction with evidence, the keyboard review queue, HubSpot writes, and the deal inspection dashboard all run now.

What is still in test

Billing runs against a Paddle sandbox, so nothing is charged yet. When live payments open, these are the prices, with no change to the terms on this page.

Start on facts, not guesses

Request early access and run the full loop on your own calls. The 14-day trial takes no card, and nothing bills while payments are in sandbox.
